Returns

• You have 15 DAYS from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Personalized or custom-made products

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our support team at INFO@PROMAN4X4.COM to initiate your return.
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Package the item securely and include the return authorization form.
4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
